Webiz had grown significantly but their digital presence hadn't kept up. The website wasn't clearly communicating what Webiz actually does - the value proposition was buried, the user journeys were unclear, and the product portals serving three very different user types (clients, talents, recruiters) each had their own inconsistencies that made the overall experience feel fragmented.
Redesign the Webiz.com website to clearly communicate the platform's value to each audience, and bring design consistency across the client, talent, and recruiter portals - all while building a shared design system that could scale across both Webiz and HRmony.ai.

Working alongside with the design team, I led the redesign of Webiz.com - rethinking the information architecture, visual direction, and messaging from scratch. The challenge was making a multi-service platform feel immediately clear to very different visitors: a startup CTO looking to outstaf a team, a freelancer browsing hourly opportunities, and a company exploring EOR services. We structured each section to speak directly to those needs, with a visual language that felt modern, trustworthy, and human - backed by real talent profiles and social proof front and center.

Beyond the website, I worked on the product side - designing across three interconnected portals serving distinct user groups. The client portal focused on finding, filtering, and managing talent. The talent portal was built around showcasing skills and availability. The recruiter portal - which evolved into HRmony.ai - became the most complex, handling pipelines, candidate management, and AI-assisted hiring workflows. Each portal needed its own experience logic while sharing a consistent design system underneath.
