Webiz had a strong operational reputation, but their digital presence wasn't keeping up. The website buried its value proposition and failed to speak clearly to three fundamentally different audiences. On the product side, four portals had grown separately each with its own inconsistencies in components, interactions, and visual language. For users moving between them, it felt disjointed. For the design team trying to extend them, it was becoming unsustainable.
Redesign Webiz.com to communicate clearly to each distinct audience. Bring consistency across four product portals. And build a shared design system scalable enough to power both Webiz and HRmony.ai without starting from scratch each time.

The core challenge was audience fragmentation. Webiz serves a startup CTO exploring outstaffing, a freelancer browsing hourly roles, and an enterprise HR director evaluating EOR services three people with completely different questions. I helped rebuild the information architecture so each visitor could immediately identify their path. Real talent profiles and client social proof were prioritised front and center, because specificity builds trust faster than any headline.

I worked across all four product portals, each with its own logic. The client portal centred on finding and managing talent efficiently. The talent portal was built around professional self-presentation. The recruiter portal the most complex handled pipelines, AI-assisted workflows, and candidate management, and eventually evolved into HRmony.ai. The admin portal prioritised density and directness for internal power users. Each portal had its own experience logic, unified by a shared design language underneath.
